Delivery Schedule and Policies:

Knutsford Express:

• Monday to Saturday 

• No Drop Off Fee

 

We do not charge to drop off your package a the nearest Knutsford Express location to us. A delivery fee of $700 will be charged to collect your package(s). All packages are sent the same day or the next business day after payment has been confirmed and will arrive the same day or the next day at your selected location.

Delivers to: Sovereign on the Boulevard, New Kingston, Montego Bay Pier-1, Ocho Rios, Drax Hall, May Pen, Port Antonio, Falmouth, Negril, Savannah La Mar, Luana, Gutters, Mandeville, Lucea, Port Maria.

Zip-mail Post to Door:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday

• $1150 fee

21 Packaging is not responsible for any package after it has been dropped off at the Post Office or at any Knutsford Express Location. Please check if your address/Post Office is on the Zipmail's delivery list. Please state your exact Knutsford Express pick-up location if there are more than one in your parish. If you send your package to the wrong address we are not liable to send it to the right address.

            It is the responsibility of the customer to track orders and inform 21 Packaging if an order does not arrive.  Once we learn an order has not arrived within the outlined delivery time range, an inquiry will be lodged with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

           For Cash On Delivery, please schedule a time with us to pick up your items, and most importantly, please be available at the scheduled time to reduce the risk of your order being canceled.

PICK UP 
          By selecting pickup option, you can visit our location to collect your order.  We will email when your order is ready for colleciton, usually within 3-5 business days.

PICK UP - EXPRESS 3 HOUR 
       If you selected the pickup option and would like to have your package ASAP, you can call/email us to let us know. We will confirm if Express Pickup is available and you can visit our location to collect your order within 3 hours.  For same-day pickup, please order before 1 pm.  We will call/email you when your order is ready for collection.
